Remembering flying Officer Shri Nirmal Jit Singh Sekhon, Param Vir Chakra (PVC) Aka. Sabre Slayer
He chased out 6 Pakistani jets all by himself during the Indo-Pak war of ‘71.
He gave his life soon after taking few shots from enemy jets which destroyed his flight controls.
He was too low for a safe ejection. All this at a young age of 26 years.
