Soojeong Choi

She is Berlin-based Senior Policy Analyst and Ph.D. (Candidate) at the University of Hamburg, specialising in international maritime law, submarine cable cyber infrastructure, and Indo-Pacific security. A former Senior Researcher at Korea Maritime Institute (KMI, 2000–2012), she has held research fellowships at NATO Defense College (Rome), NATO MARSEC COE (Istanbul), and NATO CCDCOE (Tallinn).
